Mimi brings over a decade of legal and commercial experience advising developers, operating companies, investors, lenders across a broad range of energy and infrastructure projects. She has significant expertise in negotiating and closing debt and equity financing structures, as well as project development risk management throughout the full project lifecycle.
Before joining Blue Energy, Mimi served as Senior Counsel, SVP, at Orion Infrastructure Capital (OIC), a +$5bn AUM private credit fund investing in a wide range of assets in the energy and infrastructure space. Previously, she was an associate in Milbank’s Global Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Group and Linklater’s Debt Finance practice. Mimi holds a JD from NYU School of Law and a BA from Georgetown University.
Outside of work, Mimi enjoys adventuring around both New York City and the great outdoors with her husband and daughter.
