Jake Bograd-Denton

Jake advises Blue Energy on operations and finance, bringing over 10 years of executive leadership experience. At Two Sigma, Jake serves as a VP of Product for a substantial portion of the systematic equities business, directing strategic initiatives across research and engineering organizations. Previously, Jake served as Head of Product at Flex, building and leading teams responsible for core product development, risk and compliance. His experience includes product leadership roles at Instagram and Yelp, where he oversaw development while helping advance operational processes. Jake’s background in financial systems, operational scaling, and organizational design in regulated environments provides Blue Energy with valuable expertise. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Molecular Biology from MIT, with distinctions from Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Society and Eta Kappa Nu Honor Society.
