Edward Miller is an experienced Environment & Sustainability Manager and Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with over two decades of experience, heavily focused on corporate environmental management, environmental assessments, and power plant development projects. He is recognized for successfully managing technical teams and achieving client/corporate objectives across various environmental and site development projects. A core part of his expertise is the Federal NEPA process, having successfully managed the approval of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Unit 3 project and the Annova LNG project. His professional licenses include being a Professional Civil Engineer in Delaware, Maryland, and Texas.

Mr. Miller’s experience in the nuclear sector is extensive and global. He served as the Head of Environmental Management, Compliance, & Sustainability for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant Project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this critical role, he managed a high-performing, multicultural team of environmental professionals, covering permitting, regulatory compliance, air quality, ecology, waste management, and sustainability. His key accomplishments at Barakah included the development and implementation of the ISO 14001 compliant Environmental Management System (EMS), the development of a sea turtle rescue program, and managing the environmental compliance system for the facility. Furthermore, he successfully negotiated the conditions of the environmental operating permit for the facility with the environmental regulator. While at Constellation Energy, Mr. Miller played a pivotal role in the nuclear division. He served as the Environmental Program Manager for the UniStar Calvert Cliffs Unit 3 EPR project—a new build nuclear power plant—where he was responsible for managing teams to develop all required environmental studies, surveys, plans, and permit applications as part of the state and local permits, as well as the NRC NEPA process. All regulatory approvals for this major project were successfully received on schedule. Additionally, he was the Fleet Environmental Manager for the Constellation Energy Nuclear Group (CENG), an EDF/Exelon joint venture, managing the environmental program for 5 nuclear units at three sites (RE Ginna, Nine Mile Point, and Calvert Cliffs).
