Charmaine Vistan is an operations and program management professional passionate about building efficient systems, improving processes, and keeping fast-moving teams running smoothly. Charmaine built her career across various industries and that path has taken her from the hands-on challenges of private-sector operations to the fast-paced world of USAID program management and deployments. A natural organizer and problem-solver, she brings clarity, structure and reliability wherever she goes. Charmaine is someone who finds joy in nurturing others, whether she’s building better systems at work, solving problems before they grow, or connecting with people through food to make their day brighter.

Charmaine loves animals—big and small—, enjoys spending time gardening, loves to read, watch movies but is happiest in the kitchen. She loves cooking, sharing food with others, and she brings the same warmth and service-minded approach to every team she joins. She lives in Washington, DC with her daughter, two rabbits and two guinea pigs.
