Andy Kiss brings more than 20 years of experience delivering innovative power and infrastructure solutions to utilities, hyperscalers, and investors across North America. He has led the structuring and execution of large-scale generation, load supply, and risk management transactions across nuclear, natural gas, hydro, wind, solar, and storage assets. Known for aligning generation with complex load requirements, Andy integrates commercial, regulatory, market, and development strategy, ensuring projects are technically viable, financeable, and responsive to customer and investor needs.
At BrightNight and Hull Street Energy, Andy originated and restructured power purchase agreements and developed hydro, solar, and storage solutions for utilities and large customers across both RTOs and vertically integrated markets. These roles reinforced his track record of delivering innovative, financeable transactions that balanced customer requirements with market and regulatory realities. Earlier in his career at Constellation Energy, Andy was a key member of the wholesale commercial team within one of the nation’s largest generation and supply businesses. He originated dozens of wholesale supply and generation purchase agreements, structured bespoke hedging products to manage commodity and operational risks.
Andy holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Kent State University.
